Actor Ranveer Singh has signed a film opposite Bollywood’s ‘ Queen Bee’ Kareena Kapoor. Confirming the news director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has named this movie as ‘ Ram Leela’. He is planning to start filming the movie from July this year.
Bhansali has been lying low for the past two years after he delivered disaster in the name of ‘Ghuzaarish’ which was released in 2010. Expressing satisfaction over the development he said that he always wanted to work with Kareena
“We met for the first time around the release of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999). She was working on her debut Refugee (2000) then, so we’ve been constantly thinking about talking to each other. I’m happy that this has finally worked out now,” Bhansali said.
He said he was also impressed by Ranveer Singh’s performance in ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’. The movie is going to be a musical love story with 11 songs.
