Actor Arjun Rampal on a social networking site Twitter announced the music launch of his upcoming movie D-Day. The film stars Arjun Rampal, Irrfan Khan, Huma Qureshi, Shruti Haasan and Rishi Kapoor.
The song called Alvida from D-Day is a soft and passionate number between Shruti Haasan and Arjun Rampal. Sung by Nikhil D’Souza, Sukhvinder Singh, Loy and Shruti Hassan herself , it comes out as a soothing romantic song. The song has been written Niranjan Iyengar, the song has been composed by Shahkar-Ehsaan-Loy.
Arjun Rampal plays Rudra Pratap Singh, an undercover agent of Indian Armed Forces on a mission in Karachi. While Shruti Haasan plays Suraiya, a scarred Pakistani woman, a prostitute with a clean heart.
Directed by Nikhil Advani, D-Day is a story of secret Indian mission to bring the Most Wanted Man back to India from Karachi, Pakistan.
