London: (ANI) Britney Spears has recently settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with her ex-bodyguard,Fernando Flores, reportedly to avert humiliating information about her going public.More information surrounding the pop stars sexual harassment lawsuit has emerged after her ex-bodyguard’s deposition was revealed. Flores claims that the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker’s father and conservator Jamie regularly forbid her from seeing her boyfriend.
“Every once in a while, whenever Ms Spears and her boyfriend were in a fight, he would tell me, “He is not allowed to come to the house” or “He’s not allowed to be around the kids”,” Flores said, according to the transcript obtained by star magazine. During their ‘violent quarrels’, Flores claimed that Spears would scream ‘F*** You!’ and ‘Get the f*** outta my house’ to her boyfriend.
Flores, who worked for the singer from February to July 2010, filed his law suit shortly after in September 2010, alleging that Spears flashed him and invited him into her bedroom when she was naked. During his sworn testimony, Flores described incidences, which he believed were Spears’ attempts at seducing him.
He has even recounted one occasion when he was requested to enter the pop star’s bedroom.“So I go in, and I’m kind of looking to see where she’s at, and as I walk down the hall I look to the left and she’s standing in the living room next to the couch and is completely nude,” he said.
“She didn’t say anything. She kind of stared at me and kind of went like, “Oh,” like, “Oops” like “what am I doing?” I said, “Do you need anything?” She goes, “Give me two bottles of 7Up.” I turn(ed) around the leave and she mumbled, “What are you, a f*cking f*ggot?”,” she said. Flores has also mentioned another incident during which Spears asked him to turn on a fireplace.
“She told me to wait 15 minutes and then knock on her bedroom door. So I did,” he said. “She was wearing a see-through nighty. I asked her, “What did you need me to do?” She said, “Oh, can you turn the fireplace on.” I’m trying to get it lit… and I look over at her and she drops her lighter and then bends over, looks back at me,” he described.
In addition to ‘Hold It Against Me’ hitmaker’s advances, Flores also revealed that he had witnessed Spears and her then boyfriend, thought to be Trawick, having sex.
When asked about Spears’s demeanor in the deposition, Flores referred to the singer as ‘crazy’.“She was crazy. Just off the wall. She was there, wasn’t there,” he said. “Even working as a police officer, I dealt with people that were homeless, but I never dealt with someone of that nature, to that calibre,” he added.
Flores cased was recently officially closed after Spears allegedly took steps to end his sexual harassment lawsuit.
