Stockholm: (IANS) Singer Mick Jagger reportedly took two women to his hotel room in 48 hours after a concert here.
The Rolling Stones legend is said to have chatted up an attractive duo at a party following a concert here July 1, before inviting them to his room at different times during a two-day period, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“It was typical Mick. He spotted the girls in a bar and quickly charmed them over a couple of drinks,” said a source. “By the end of the trip both had been back to his room. It doesn`t take much imagination to guess what went on,” added the source.
The 70-year-old musician was pictured last month with dancer Melanie Hamrick, but it was reportedly a fling and a source said he is “still as rock `n` roll as ever”. “Mick has a natural swagger and presence about him which wasn`t lost on the two girls,” said a source.
“They were both in their thirties, voluptuous and very attractive – and were clearly keen on him.
“Over the course of his visit they both ended up in his hotel room. He has been making the most of his time on the road – and judging by this, is still as rock `n` roll as ever,” added the source.
Los Angeles: (PTI) R&B star Rihanna has been forced to remove semi-naked pictures from her Instagram account. The 26-year-old singer posed topless for the French magazine Lui, and later proudly posted the finished – and uncensored – product online.
However, the pictures were swiftly removed from her official Instagram page because they violated the application`s rules about nudity, which state: “If you wouldn`t show the photo or video you are thinking about uploading to a child, or your boss, or your parents, you probably shouldn`t share it on Instagram.”
Rihanna was then sent an email from Instagram warning her to keep her clothes on in future or she could find her account permanently shut down. Obviously annoyed by the site`s decision, she then mocked their strict nudity rules by uploading another photo, in which she is full clothed with the words `Cover if it was up to Instagram`.
New Delhi: (PTI) As Delhi gears up for the performance of Latin sensation Enrique Iglesias next week, the singer is excited and also looking forward to have some yummy food while he is the country. This is the 37-year-old’s second visit to India. He last performed in 2004 in Mumbai and Bangalore. The gig will mark his first visit to the Capital, where he will perform on October 19 at Huda grounds.
The “Addicted” hitmaker will also visit Pune (October 17) and Bangalore (October 21). The show is being organised by Micromax. “I’ve been looking forward to this trip for years. I’ve been trying to come back for a while, and just waiting for the right opportunity. Besides the show, I’m looking forward to the fans who are so amazing and enthusiastic, as well as the great food,” Enrique told PTI in an email interview.
The Grammy-award-winning singer has churned out several hits and chart busters in the past and he says for his gig in Delhi he will be using some of his most favourite old and new songs. “I am very excited to come to India. Fans can definitely expect a lot of surprises and some great new production. I can’t give away any more info than that! You’ll just have to come and see for yourself,” he said.
Enrique has collaborated with famous names like Akon, Usher, Ludacris, Pitbull, Nicole Scherzinger and Jennifer Lopez. Some of his hits include ‘Hero’, ‘Bailamos’, ‘Escape’, ‘Rhythm Divine’ and Tonight (I’m Loving You). The singer, who has also teamed up with Bollywood playback singer Sunidhi Chauhan in the past for the track ‘Heartbeat’, said he is open to opportunities of working in Bollywood.
“I’m open to work with many artists. I have heard many Bollywood songs and seen many videos, and am a fan for sure. If the song was right I would definitely be down,” he added. Enrique’s songs have featured on a number of films and TV shows including ‘Bailamos’ on “Wild Wild West” and other shows like ‘Scrubs’, ‘How I Met Your Mother’ and most recently the hit music series ‘Glee’.
He has tried his hands on acting as well with the film “Once Upon a Time In Mexico”. “I am always open to any opportunities. Acting is a talent I respect very much, and am envious of those with such talents. I would definitely be open to give it a shot.”
Washington: (ANI) A photograph of Madonna posing naked on a bed while smoking a cigarette is going up for sale. The provocative image was shot by fashion photographer Steven Meisel but was never included in her controversial 1992 book ‘Sex’.
The 1990 photograph is expected to fetch over 10,000 dollars when it goes under the hammer at Bonhams in New York next month. The ‘Frozen’ hitmaker, who would have been around 32 years old when the photo was taken, is featured sporting bleach-blonde hair and dark eye make-up, Fox News reported.
A strategically placed bed sheet saves the shot from indecency as the singer sprawls out naked on her mattress. She stares seductively at the camera as she places a lit cigarette into her mouth with a pair of manicured fingertips.
Her tome ‘Sex’ contained a series of sexually provocative and explicit images, all captured by Meisel. Despite a poor critical reception, 1.5 million copies of the book were sold in a matter of days.
It coincided with the release of her equally raunchy fifth studio album ‘Erotica’.
Washington: (Reuters) Late singer Whitney Houston’s manager and sister-in-law Patricia Houston has opened up publicly for the first time since the singer’s sudden death last month, saying she was “looking for love in all the wrong places” in the days ahead of her death.
“I saw her chasing a dream, you know, looking for love in all the wrong places,” Patricia Houston told television talk show host Oprah Winfrey, according to transcripts from an interview that will air on the OWN network on Sunday, March 11.
Houston also spoke of her concerns over the late singer’s changing lifestyle in the weeks running up to her death.”Things were really changing with her. Very much so. It wasn’t about substance abuse or anything like that … it was just more of a lifestyle. I was afraid for other things,” she said, but did not elaborate.
The I Will Always Love You singer, whose powerful voice fueled her rise to global fame in the 1980s, was found underwater in a bathtub at a Beverly Hills hotel on February 11, the eve of this year’s Grammy awards. She was 48.
The cause of her death is still undetermined, pending toxicology tests. Houston had a long history of alcohol and drug addiction. She entered rehab as recently as May 2011 to aid her recovery process. Her manager told Winfrey that the possibility of Houston’s addictions leading to her death was very real.
“The handwriting was kind of on the wall. I would be kidding myself to say otherwise,” said Patricia Houston. The late singer’s family have remained generally quiet in the media since the singer’s death, opting not to speak publicly after her funeral on Feb 18.
Along with Patricia Houston, Winfrey’s interviews with Houston’s 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown and brother Gary will also air on Sunday in a special episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter on the OWN Network.

Celebrating singing legend Mohammad Rafi`s 87th birth anniversary Saturday, fans in Mumbai will participate in 10 public shows across the city. Different groups of Rafi fans are celebrating the day in their own way.
“With his vocals transcending all human barriers and frontiers, Rafi-ians, as we like to call ourselves, based in Mumbai have formed the Rafi Foundation since 2007 and strive to bring Rafi sahab`s music on a common platform,” said Binu Nair, the founder of the foundation.
Nair said that a group of fans has already offered flowers at the Mohammad Rafi Chowk in Bandra in northwest Mumbai. “We will go to his residence where his three daughters and a son live and cut a cake in his honour,” he said. “We have also organised a musical evening in his honour where nearly 3,000 fans will enjoy the evening amidst Rafi songs played by a 60-piece orchestra,” he added. Nair said at least 10 public shows have been organised in Rafi`s fond memory across Mumbai. “We have lost count of the private gatherings at residences of Rafi fans in his memory,” he said.
Another big celebration is slated at Rang Sharda auditorium in Bandra organised by Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) leader Ashish Shelar.
“We have been remembering Rafi sahab on his birth and death anniversaries and have been organising musical evenings since many years now. This is a small way to acknowledge his legendary contribution in the field of Indian music,” Shelar said. Rafi gave Indian cinema 40 golden years of haunting melodies like “Chaudhvin ka chand”, “Teri aankhon ke siva” and “Tum jo mil gaye ho”.
Born in Punjab, he began his tryst with music by chanting the notes that a “fakir” (Muslim seer) sang in his village. The family later moved to Lahore.
Rafi trained under Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan, Ustad Abdul Wahid Khan, Pandit Jiwanlal Matto and Firoze Nizami. He sang with K.L. Saigal at a concert for the first time at the age of 13. That was the turning point in his life.
He was honoured with the Padma Shri in 1967. He died of a heart attack in Mumbai July 31, 1981, at the age of 56.
