Akshaye Khanna Making A Come Back With ‘Section 375’

Section 375 is an upcoming Bollywood movie starring Akshaye Khanna and Richa Chadha. It is based on the Section 375 of Indian Penal Code (IPC). It is a courtroom drama directed by Ajay Bahl.

According to IPC, Section 375 defines rape as “sexual intercourse with a woman against her will, without her consent, by coercion, misrepresentation or fraud or at a time when she has been intoxicated or duped, or is of unsound mental health and in any case if she is under 16 years of age.”

The plot line of the film revolves around this section when a junior costume designer is raped by a movie director. Richa Chadha will take on the case of the victim while Akshaye Khanna defends his client, the movie director.
