Anu Malik is a famous Bollywood singer and music composer, he has also been associated with singing reality show Indian Idol as a judge. However, last year India was hit by #MeToo movement and shockingly, a female singer Sona Mahopatra accused Anu Malik of sexually harassing her.
Sona has made endless claims and even bashed people who supported Anu Malik. She called out the makers of Indian Idol to drop Anu Malik from their show, she even questioned the fellow judges, Vishal Dadlani & Neha Kakkar.
In between all this event, another 2 famous singers namely Shweta Pandit and Neha Bhasin accused Anu Malik of his vile behaviour and called him a sexual predator.
With the ongoing controversies, Indian Idol makers never put out any statement but ultimately, Anu Malik himself has decided to leave the show. He even claimed that he will be back on the show after he has cleared his name.
