After her unceremonious exit from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s movie ‘Ram Leela’ Kareena Kapoor is getting an opportunity to play the Prime Minister of India in Prakash Jha’s upcoming movie which is a sequel of ‘Rajneeti 2’.
The buzz has it that she will be pitted opposite Ajay Devgn who has earlier worked with her in ‘Omkara’. There are unconfirmed reports that the actor himself asked the director to cast Kareena in the movie.
Kareena will be playing a politician role for the first time in her career and it has enthused her to the hilt. In ‘Rajneeti’ it was Katrina who stole the show by playing a politician but with her exit and Kareena’s entry in the sequel it would be interesting to watch how does she fare in this deglamourised role.
