TIPPPSY trailer launch held in Mumbai, saw Indian film director-Producer Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt alongside producer Deepak Tijori. The film has been Co-Produced by Sana Khan, Anita Sharma, and Associate Producer: Ramesh Sharma under the banner of Raju Chadha Films.
Present at the launch was the entire star cast including Deepak Tijori, Alankrita Sahai, Natasha Suri, Kainaat Arora, Nazia and Sonia Birje Harjinder Singh and Mandeep Kaur Sandhu who’s introduced in this film.
The trailer looks promising as the film appears to be a fun-filled film with three women getting drunk and tipsy celebrating bachelor’s night of one of them, who’ getting hitched the very next day in Goa. There follows a series of events, which they are completely unaware of being drunk. The film is a murder mystery that unfolds eventually when Deepak Tijori who’s playing a cop, starts the interrogation.
Talking about what made him take this subject to make a film Director Deepak Tijori Says,” It was probably that I have seen closely most females drunk and tipsy in my life, it was just obvious to take this subject to make a film.”
Pooja Bhatt shares a little trivia about her Tipsy days talking about her beautiful relationship with Deepak Tijori, said,”I can very well relate to this film. Its been a friendship of 30 years now and Deepak who is a non-alcoholic and Sober friend since ever has stood by me in that chaos.He would take me home, clear all the mess and tell me the next day, what happened the previous night. Now I’m sober for almost seven years and high on life.”
Mahesh Bhatt after watching the trailer hailed it as a hit, says,” These are the words that every film-maker hungers to listen to. The trailer of the film has the energy, vitality, and sensuality on the top. At the same time it is very clear, and an unpretentious narrative, that caters to the times that we live in and I think the film has everything.”
He further adds,” Deepak makes a very strong entry in the trailer as a Protagonist to give the girls a tough time, I hope the film has a happy ending, after their adventure in Goa.”
The film has a promising line-up of characters, adventure, fun and frolic along with a series of events and a murder mystery to solve in the plot, backed by befitting musical score by Anjjan Bhattacharya.The audiences just need to find out at the theatres releasing on 10th May.
